We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

Each Soraya Coast piece is carefully sourced in limited quantities to ensure quality and considered design. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by a delivery period of approximately 7–12 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods.

Returns

We want you to love your Soraya Coast pieces.

If your order isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

1. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
2. Swimwear must have hygiene liners intact
3. Items must be returned with original packaging

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
